The site offered live and recorded lectures on spiritual matter. A series of lectures are typically offered as a Course to teach or elaborate given topics/subject. For example Lectures or Gita can be organised as per Chapters of Gita and user can subscribe to given Chapter of the Lecture Series. The lectures might be offered as live session using any of the well known video conferencing tools. At the end of a given session, the content of the video might be available as stored content on the website. User can purchase live session/s of a chapter which might offer all the stored content of the session once the user purchase the lecture or chapter. Every purchased service/content on this site has published and agreed lifetime beyond which the service/content might not be available to the customer beyond the agreed period of lifetime associated with that service/content. During this period, customers can access/view the content as many time without limitation.
Cache:
- We use cache for better Performance and good users experience. Storing data in a cache allows a computer to run faster. For example, a browser cache that stores files from previous browsing sessions speeds up access to follow up sessions. A database cache speeds up data retrieval that would otherwise take a good bit of time and resources to download.

Once any service is purchased, the same can not be canceled or returned and hence no refund is required to be made.

All contents/videos/documents offered are copyright of the site owner without exceptions. Purchase of the content by a user DO NO to assign any Copy Right of the content to the user.
Termination:
- This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated, either by you or by the Company. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the Marketplace. The Company may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Marketplace.
- The Company’s right to any comments and to be indemnified pursuant to the terms hereof, shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for product(s) already ordered from the Marketplace or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement prior to the date of termination.
Governing & Jurisdiction:
- The User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws thereunder.
