In this scripture , The Sage says that we can't find that thing which we find in this earthly world or stop finding anything in this world you will get that thing - peace. This course also describes - what is liberation? What are the features of our mind? What is Atma or Soul? The three stages of life- Alert, dream and unconsciousness. Also we will get the answers of questions like them - 'Bairagya', 'Gyan', 'Uparati'. A person at first starts meditation then at the end meditation only remains. This book specially focus on "prarabddha " (Those things which are created automatically within us).

*) Hold tightly the word - "I am that" and left all the world matters.

*) All are within myself.
