The Upanishad, "Atmapuja" indicates the subtle meaning of the vedic rituals followed by the Hindu community during puja. As example, we can take 'Padya', 'Padya' is a water which we offer to our God to wash there feet. But in the Atmapuja Upanishad, Rishi says - "Always being ready to welcome the Truth in itself is the "Padya". And then comes the description of Maharaj. Maharaj described every single corner of the meaning can be. In the present society the value of puja is being disappeared day by day. Because we are unable to find out the necessity of giving flowers, sandal paste and other things used during puja. That's why he is trying to bring this kind of scripture in limelight to wake up the society.
Here all the terms like Dhyan, Padya, Arghya etc. are used by us in puja ceremony. But very few people know the inner meaning of this terms. Here we get the inner meaning and practical implementation of these terms in our life.
