This comes from shukla Yajurveda. Acharya Shankar gives important on which 10 Upanishads, it stands first in that row. 'Isha' means Ishwar and 'basya' means 'lived in this world'. It does not tell us the fact of atma but only Maya. It is one of the shortest book. So, who will understand this book will reach upto the core of commentaries of other Upanishads. So It is hard to digest for the newcomer.
