1.  I certify that I am 18+(adult). ( আমি সুনিশ্চিত করছি যে আমি একজন ১৮ + বয়স্ক বা প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক।)                                                                    
2. I certify that the given information is true and correct. And I give consent to Advaita Jnan Pith to use the given information to connect me over mail, phone, and WhatsApp (if needed).
   (আমি নিশ্চিত করছি যে আমার দেওয়া সমস্ত তথ্য সত্য এবং সঠিক। অদ্বৈত জ্ঞান পীঠ আমার সাথে উক্ত তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে মেইল, ফোন কল বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ মারফৎ যোগাযোগ করতে পারে। (প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী)                                                                                                               
3.  I think each word of "HIM" regarding the remedy of life problems will be effective for the welfare of  the mankind. So the organization (Advaita Jnan Pith) can publish my words / given information ( at the meeting time with "HIM" ) at their social media platforms. I have no issues or reluctance regarding this. ("তাঁর" জীবন সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য বলা সমস্ত শব্দ মানবকল্যাণে লাগবে বলে আমি মনে করি। তাই সংস্থা আমার উপদিষ্ট যাবতীয় তথ্য সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্লাটফর্মে প্রকাশ করতে পারে। এতে আমার কোন রকম অসম্মতি বা আপত্তি নেই।
